As a business owner, you probably feel quite stressed when it comes to creating content. This is to be expected because you are not an expert author. That is not your job. However, I can say it is easier to create content than you think. All you need to do is keep a few key things in mind and you will be posting quality content all the time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Create Content People Want<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Begin with Your Clients\u2019 Problems<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


<\/strong>If you happen to know that at least one of your clients has a problem they don\u2019t know how to solve, you can use that as your next content topic. After all, if one client has this issue, another one may as well. They simply haven\u2019t shared their concerns with you yet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Create Content Out of Interviews, Live Videos, and Podcasts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


First, let me say that the content you create doesn\u2019t need to be written. These interviews, live videos, and podcasts are all content you are sharing with potential clients. Since some people prefer to read their content, while others like to listen or watch theirs, it is best to have content out there in all formats. This gives you a wider audience and allows more people to consider hiring you in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


However, all those interviews, live videos, and podcasts you do are great sources for additional written content. You can easily have those videos and podcasts transcribed via Otter AI. Once you have the transcripts, pull out useful pieces of information to create content around. You may even find some golden nuggets to use in future videos and podcasts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Utilize Everyday Situations and Experiences in Your Content<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


There are so many ways you can relate to potential clients. If you are struggling in a certain area, share it! You can share your successes too, as long as you include how you reached that point in your business or personal life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Facebook Posts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


Yes, Facebook posts are content! These posts do not need to be lengthy. They can be simple posts that spark interest. Ask a question you know people want to learn more about. You can even offer little pieces of advice, as it pertains to your client\u2019s businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


You may not get tons of comments or likes from these posts in the beginning. However, people will be reading what you are posting, and they will remember you when they are ready for your services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Consider These Questions When Creating Content<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


As you are creating content, consider your own experiences. Think about:
\u00b7 Where were you in the past?
\u00b7 What happened?
\u00b7 Where are you now?
\u00b7 How are you going to help your clients get to that same position?<\/p>\n\n\n\n


If you can answer those questions in the content you create while providing other helpful, and useful, information, people will pay attention. I recommend focusing on one person when you are writing, instead of an entire audience. This will help you stay focused and keep your writing conversational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


I know everyone has their own skills, so if you really are struggling with writing and creating content, hire a professional. There is nothing wrong with hiring a coach to help you achieve the skills you need. If you aren\u2019t in a place where you can hire a coach yet, read a book to learn more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


When to Create Content<\/h4>\n\n\n\n


There isn\u2019t a right or wrong time to create content for your business. However, I find it is best to do a week\u2019s worth all at once. This ensures I stay focused. Plus, I am not spending half of my blocked-off time trying to remember where I left off during my last session. I simply keep creating until I have what I need for the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


And yes, you must be consistent with posting your content. You can\u2019t post three times one week, twelve the next, and then nothing for three weeks straight. If posting multiple times a week is nerve-wracking in the beginning, start with once a week. You can always add more posts, as your confidence level increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
